We all have potential for change and, sometimes, need a guide through the obstacles that stand in our way. These obstacles may include fears and worries, self-doubt, unresolved healing from past trauma, low self-confidence, difficulty accepting the way things are, being "stuck" in the past or self-sabotaging patterns. Whether your goal is to overcome fears, gain confidence, get "unstuck", "reset" self-defeating patterns, improve your relationships, or learn to enjoy life again—we can make this happen together.

I supportively assist others to identify core causes for their distress, deepen their understanding of their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings, and develop practical solutions. I have particular love for mindfulness training, relational psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral work. However, I have training and experience in a variety of therapy approaches and will collaboratively work with you to determine the most effective course of action.

My warm, non-judging, affirmative, and calm presence is a particular gift in my work according to clients and colleagues. My authentic style provides a warm and safe environment for us to explore and confront your issues in a manner that will bring about true, lasting change.
